Located in the bustling N Williams Ave area of Portland Oregon, Lucky Cat Tattoo is a vibrant and welcoming space for those seeking a quality tattoo and an exceptional experience. Founded by Kaylee Van Cook (@ghost.kitty.ink) in 2026, Lucky Cat Tattoo is a Japanese inspired creative haven for both artists and clients. 

 

Here at Lucky Cat Tattoo, we hope to not only provide you with a personal piece of living art, but to also an environment and experience that will positively impact your spirit, your day and your life. We promise to provide you exceptional hospitality through the whole tattoo process, from the moment you message an artist, to the time you leave through our door with your new tattoo, all the way through to your first touch-up. We understand that the tattoo experience goes beyond just the art, it extends to the relationship you build with the artist and the energy you feel and carry with you before, during and after the process. 

The Lucky Cat studio pulls influence from both the spirit of traditional and modern Japanese themes. From vibrant city alley ways to the Studio Ghibli spirit worlds, Lucky Cat is designed to feel cozy, welcoming,  and even a bit magical.
